Enjoy! And I encourage you to join me, or at at least something consistently to take better care of you.

To your health,

New Year's Eve 2015: a year in review

As I was walking in the very quiet dark morning to the train station, I was overcome with such a grand overflowing feeling of being blessed.

I looked back in a year's time, and I could visibly see that my wheel of wellness was more rounded out than just a year ago.

Just some awesome highlights of my 2015:

1. My assertion of myself has improved greatly.  I can see how this applies when I speak with my spouse and other members of the family. The cool thing is, there is space for improvement!

2. My financial situation has greatly improved. There aren't many individuals I am grateful to for helping me get to where I currently am.

3.  In the course of this one year, I have switched over to two new phones. My current phone allows me the convenience of working on this blog that you are reading as well as provide me with great music I can choose easily! Wow. Technology has quickly evolved in the last 20 years or so.

4.  My relationships have improved.

5. I have adopted a morning sacred sipping ritual as well as an exercise routine that has helped shape my body from flabby to more defined and lean.

I have also discovered the company, Purium Health Products, which helps me stay on track with providing my body with raw organic whole nutrition.

6. My youngest child has started speaking in some small sentences. He is so cute!

7. We got to visit with my spouse's family this past winter as well as in the Summer. We got to see his brother and his family at Thanksgiving as well, so it has been a good year of family get-togethers.

8. My grandfather survived his brain aneurysm... His going into the hospital brought me in with cousins and family that I do not see often anymore.

9. I surpassed my goal of reducing my weight (I was 167 pounds around this time last year) to 148 by my birthday. I managed to decrease the weight to 146.5 before my birthday.

10. My eldest is sleeping better at night. He doesn't make as much noise as before, and he sleeps mostly uninterrupted.

11. My daughter started learning piano and swimming, and has gained in both areas.

My list goes on, but now I would like to share what I am looking forward to.

Looking forward to:

1. Increased financial freedom!

2. Better health: more vibrancy, energy, improved vision, mental focus, adequate sleep, lightness, flexibility, lean muscles, clear skin, presence, etc.

3. Furthering my career in health coaching via blogging, conference calls, book writing, group trachings and one-on-one coaching.

There is something in the near future called the One Ton Challenge that I am very excited about!

4. Leaving Canada for a short 'vacation'.

As well, I am excited for what surprises the Universe has to present me. Let's go with the flow :)

What is on your list?

Wishing you peace, prosperity and personal power in 2016!

10-day transformation with photos

Hey guys! :)

I know you have been waiting for this for a long time.  So enjoy :)

I wanted to work on putting these pics side by side, but they are what they are... no more putting this off.

Voila my BEFORE pics:

What in the world am I looking at?  Nice smile, Kim! Lol!

Man, do I ever look serious?  hehehe.

Then ABRA - CA - DABRA.... yummy yummy Power shakes, Super Aminos, lots of water, Super CleansR, Superlytes, simple flex foods and Apothe Cherry... for 10 days

All right, are you ready for the AFTER shots that my 7 year old took?

AFTER 10 days:

Here's me giving instructions for her to take the best pics... and look what happened.  The next photo is even better...

Am I sleeping here or what?!  Just take the picture, Little S without laughing so much!  :)

All right, so she finally left my head out of the pictures.  Thank you.

Main Goals of embarking on the 10-Day Transformation:

  1. Enjoy more vibrant energy
  2. Sleep more deeply
  3. Discover products and information that would be beneficial to my family and friends
  4. bonus:  drop a few pounds of fat

The BENEFITS I experienced through this 10-Day Transformation:

  1. The number 1 thing I noticed was the strength and "glowingness" of my eyes.  I noticed on the second day and onward that my eyes just seemed to shine.  More often than not, my eyes are the indicator of how tired I am (despite my daily genuinely happy and positive attitude).  Soreness in my eyes, stinging, strain just seemed to be lifted and replaced with a "glowing" wellness.  It almost seemed as though I could see better.  My eyes felt much stronger.
  2. The energy and enthusiasm especially with my apple berry Power Shake!  It's SOOOO awesome, yummy and makes me glow.  "Glow" and "radiate" are probably the best words I can use to describe how it causes me to feel.
  3. Feeling of non hunger during the day... as I got to day 8, I started to get more "hungry", but more on that in another blog post.
  4. Aches and pain in my legs, back and lower back vanished.  There was exception of one day in particular when I felt I needed to stretch my neck and shoulders, but in general, my muscles and joints felt well.
  5. The lovely feeling of my body just shrinking, feeling more space between me and my clothes :) Then the added bonus of friends commenting "hey, are you on a diet or something?  Your neck looks longer."  Or "I am getting convinced..." And my favourite text, "when I saw you yesterday, you looks like you were drowning in your clothes!"  I love the conversation!
  6. Taking time to track what I was eating (and continuing that even after my 10-days) in a little book with the cover "think Green".  I became more aware of how little water I had been drinking compared to how much I did drink during the cleanse.  This has helped me form new habits of getting my water when I get to work so I can sip it throughout the day.
  7. The support offered by Purium is awesome and invaluable.  I discovered that to benefit most from this program, do as much prep work and attend the daily support calls.  I will be better prepared next time.
So, these are my pics.  If you want to see more photos of other people's transformations, look here:

If you are considering doing the Transformation yourself, I have a special gift card for you to get $50 dollars off :)  The code to use is coachkimsit.

Thank you for reading and taking an interest in your own health.  You deserve to be happy and healthy.  What are your next steps to that next level?

Sending you high vibrations,

CHOOSEday, November 10, 2015: post Transformation day 1

Day 11:

That's right, it's done... Well, sort of. The road to health is never ending :) I feel great, but I am getting better!

This morning I weighed myself, and was 147.5 lbs. I figured since I had gone to the toilet at 2 am in the morning when my toddler was crying weighing myself first thing in the morning would be accurate.

Well, after using the toilet, I was curious to see if that would make a difference in my weight.

I was glad I took the initiative to weigh again. This time the scale read 146.5 lbs. sweet :)

And, I was going to have my home-made soup do lunch... And by lunchtime today, I was feeling quite hungry.

Can you guess from the photo what I had for lunch?

The weekend was a bit rough, but made it through. I have made some interesting observations, and I will be sharing this with you by the end of the week.

I am really glad I decided to do this cleanse. It has opened the gate to so much learning and involvement with a company with a vision and mission that resonates with my being.

Cheers, and Happy CHOOSEday!

Kim
