CHOOSEday, February 16, 2016

What an amazing day!

I got up feeling pain in my in my tailbone, but I got out of bed, continued with my morning Hour of Power, as Anthony Robbins, would call it. It is a must for me.

Taking care of me allows be to better serve this world. And it also feels great to feel awesome!

I got to see my little boy waiting all dressed in his snow gear, back pack and all for his school bus. He controlled himself... He used to dive into the snow without regard d for what we asked, but today I could see that he was more mature. She waited outside by himself.

When the school bus arrived, he got on and sat in his seat.

Wow.

He is such an amazing kid with so many gifts. I just want to help him shine those gifts our into this world!

Then I got the rare occasion of walking my two little ones in the snow to school. The little girl had no issues getting ready. We actually made it out the door about one minute ahead of schedule.

Can I express to you in words what a calm joy it was to partake in a ritual that is so basic but now rare because I commute to the city for the work week? I want to be able to take them every day. I want to be able too attend any and all of their events.

Following that, I walked to the bus stop in the deepening falling snow. It was beautiful.

While walking, I listened to teachings. Then I had an awesome doctors appointment where I met a woman who was going to turn 82 in two weeks but looked like she was only 60!

Following that, I found myself at a cafe with WiFi so that I could call skme amazing friends.

As I got on the bus, I knew I would stop in to visit some friends at a clinic. As always, it is great connecting.

Then, as I shovelled the driveway and sidewalks, I continued listening. I knew that it was time for a fundamental shift.

I want to spend more time doing the things that are important to me like playing piano and making bracelets with my daughter... And less time shovelling, weeding and cleaning the house.

And we have do many choices to make every day. Let's book present and conscientious of what we choose.

Happy Choose day!

Thanks for Thursday, February 11, 2016

Thank you for joining in on my thoughts this beautiful frosty Thursday!

Yesterday I write about the specifics of what u wanted. Today bi want to share the WHY.

Why do I want PEAK health?

1. So that I can demonstrate to everyone including my mom, my sisters that they can do better for themselves if they truly desire it.

I would also be living my talk. My word is golden; and I do what I say.

2. So that I can have the energy to help my family thrive. So. I would have the energy, patience and wit to guide my children to be responsible people. Responsible means to be response able.

So that I have sustainable and steady energy throughout the day to give classes, to do happy healthy hours, call people and clinics to share the message of natural vibrant health.

So that I have the energy to travel the world, to move people through speaking, writing and blogging.

So that I have the energy and clarity of mind to write articles, books and proposals to sway people and shifting to a greener and cleaner lifestyle.

So that I have energy to take care and play with my family. So that I have energy to play, practice piano, languages, garden... Run, fly, swim, jump, skip, dance... excetera.

3. So that I would have the energy and leverage to help my son Remy to shine his light and wisdom to this world. He has so much insight that is locked within him that I feel needs to be expressed so that the world can benefit.

Tomorrow I will go through an Ebenezer Scrooge exercise. You will want to tune in then; thanks so much. Have a great night!

Your fun-loving health coach,

Kim

What Do You Want Wednesday, February 10, 2016

This morning I write on the train about  what I was disturbed about.

As I wrote, I could feel the energy rising inside. I was gathering fuel to ignite my brain storm to solutions!

I started off general and added specificities.

For example, I want to be in PEAK health. What does that look like?  What does it mean?

To be in PEAK health, my weight is between 130 to 140 pounds. I have lean defined muscles. I am able to pull my whole body up with my arms holding onto a bar over my head. My joints are lubricated and move well. I am flexible and strong. I recover quickly (within 30 seconds) after running up two flights of stairs. I have steady endurance.

My mental focus is clear and sharp. My soft skin glows and has lots of elasticity. I see perfectly without the use of eye glasses or contact lenses. In fact, I have the legal requirement of needing to wear corrective lenses to operate a vehicle!

I love this inner wave of momentum. Let's keep it going.

Tomorrow I will add more specifics. Then I will start to unveil my Why.

After deciding what your disturbances are, what is one thing that you want?  What are your specifics? What are the details of your desire?

Blissful blessings,

Kim

Chooseday, February 9, 2016: Get Disturbed

I have been listening to Anthony Robbin's The Edge, and speaks about 7 steps to Conscious Change.

The first step is to get disturbed.  Yes, that is right:  GET DISTURBED.

Now, most people who know me, know me rather as a calm positive person.  I say Ihat I can do anything I really want to and put my mind to.

However, there are some things that Ihave not acheived yet.  For example, getting my body in the physical condition that Iwant.  Yes, I have made improvements, but i want to move forward... and I have wanted to move forward for a long enough time.

Robbins says that you have to come to be honest with yourself.  Once you are honest with yourself and admit that something is wrong (wrong meaning, something is not up to your standard, something that is not aligned with you), then that is the first step in creating conscious change.

When he put it that way, there are sveral things that disturb me:  not spending the quality time I want with each of my children, not diligently ameliorating my family's diet, spending my waking hours working on something other than what I am totally meant to do...

So, it starts.  Getting disturbed gets you on the road to make the shift toward another path.

Tomorrow I'll continue to share the next steps to conscious change.

What things are you disturbed about?  What are you not totally satisfied with?  What do you want to change?

To your success,

Kim

Friday, February 5, 2016: at the ER

Hi, guys

Thanks so much for reading.

I am typing to you from a sub waiting room for fractures at the ER.  As you know from yesterday's post, I had sustained an injury to my tailbone when the train arrived then jerked at my station.  I managed to get off the train in pain.

Well, I wrote the above on Friday morning while at the hospital.  It's now Monday evening... and Iam lying on my belly typing this post :)

I am so thrilled to be able to get to work today.  It's a Marvelous Monday.

Happy Year of the Monkey!

What are you celebrating today?

Lots of love,

Kim

Thursday of Thanks, February 4, 2016

First of all, a big Happy birthday to my friends Chrissy and Jenny! You know you are loved :)

Thankful for today:

1.  An unexpected phone call from s new friend!

2. Being able to walk home after sustaining injury from getting off the train. Grateful to have mobility... Now as I lie here in a lot of pain, I am grateful to have this experience so u can better understand others who have had injuries and are affected by pain.

Also grateful for the allopathic medicine for acute situations like this one.

3. My daughter, urged by my temporary disability to bend or move as I normally do, changed and dressed herself after swimkids. She also carried the basket of groceries to the check-out.

Peace,
Kim
