What an amazing day!

I got up feeling pain in my in my tailbone, but I got out of bed, continued with my morning Hour of Power, as Anthony Robbins, would call it. It is a must for me.

Taking care of me allows be to better serve this world. And it also feels great to feel awesome!

I got to see my little boy waiting all dressed in his snow gear, back pack and all for his school bus. He controlled himself... He used to dive into the snow without regard d for what we asked, but today I could see that he was more mature. She waited outside by himself.

When the school bus arrived, he got on and sat in his seat.

Wow.

He is such an amazing kid with so many gifts. I just want to help him shine those gifts our into this world!

Then I got the rare occasion of walking my two little ones in the snow to school. The little girl had no issues getting ready. We actually made it out the door about one minute ahead of schedule.

Can I express to you in words what a calm joy it was to partake in a ritual that is so basic but now rare because I commute to the city for the work week? I want to be able to take them every day. I want to be able too attend any and all of their events.

Following that, I walked to the bus stop in the deepening falling snow. It was beautiful.

While walking, I listened to teachings. Then I had an awesome doctors appointment where I met a woman who was going to turn 82 in two weeks but looked like she was only 60!

Following that, I found myself at a cafe with WiFi so that I could call skme amazing friends.

As I got on the bus, I knew I would stop in to visit some friends at a clinic. As always, it is great connecting.

Then, as I shovelled the driveway and sidewalks, I continued listening. I knew that it was time for a fundamental shift.

I want to spend more time doing the things that are important to me like playing piano and making bracelets with my daughter... And less time shovelling, weeding and cleaning the house.

And we have do many choices to make every day. Let's book present and conscientious of what we choose.

Happy Choose day!
