Friday, February 26, 2016: day 3/90
Fantastic Friday to you!
How was it fantastic for you?
For me, let me count some ways:
1. I got to work early to cover for a coworker who wasn't feeling very well. And since the phones were quiet, another co-worker was able to show me pictures of his family and home in India!
2. I had printed out the Million Mom Movement pledge so I could glance at it throughout my shift reminding me of the things you see on the pic.
3. Enjoyed potluck by selecting the best foods available and didn't even entertain the idea of even looking at the donuts or other sweets.
I did feel pretty drained/sleepy about half hour after eating.
Great bonding with the team.
4. While on the train, I was looking at my last text message to a really good friend and noticed she hadn't responded to any of my texts. For whatever reason, her mobile number was missing from my phone! But her home one was there, si I called it.
To my surprise she answered! She was so surprised to hear my voice too!
We had a great chat from the time u called her in Scarborough to the time I was walking across the 401.
Sometimes the Universe just delivers gifts in the most mysterious ways ;) just follow the lead.
5. I had an awesome relaxing date with Husband. We chatted and ate responsibly. See the pic of the plate of food I gathered from the all-you-can-eat buffet. I also cheered (quietly with a big smile) when I would see other diners choosing from the salad bar.
No artificial sweets for me this time, and I did not miss it! It is great feeling just satisfied (not stuffed) after a meal.
6. Going to bed now counting my blessings...
May you take your dreams to bed,
Kim

Thursday of thoughts, February 25, 2016: Day 2/90
I got up this morning with sore eyes, but rolled out and stretched grateful to be alive, the only one awake to bask in the dark silence.
By the end of my total body gymnastics routine for every joint in my body, my eyes were feeling brighter and lubricated.
My day started out nice and quiet at work allowing me to put together the Million Mom Movement pledge on a 8.5" by 11" sheet of paper.
As the morning continued, I felt hungry so I munched on my organic celery, organic raw almonds and raw organic (Prana Nuts were at such a good deal at Winners!).
I was actually feeling a little irritated working. My calls were long, it felt difficult understanding and communicating... And I felt that I would much rather be doing something else that I am really called to do.
But, here is my Gratitude list:
1. Those sincere 'thank you's and 'you are really patient' comments reminded me of always loving first before any other feeling.
So just remember when you are going throughout your day, the language and wishes you send to people really do collectively affect a person's thoughts.
By leading with the heart, others will also meet you with theirs.
2. My little one was well enough to go back to daycare today! So much thanks go to my mom for always being there to help us despite her crazy schedule. Thank you to my dad who brings her here and picks her up again. I love you.
3. Feeling slimmer, less squished flesh when I pull my chin toward my neck :) I wanted to weigh myself when I got home, but decided to stick with my plan of only one weigh-in per week.
4. A beautiful supper prepared for me by Husband... Just look at how beautiful that egg is! Thank you! I love you.
5. Every Thursday after swimkids I have bought something junky for my little swimmer... Until tonight!
Look how she chugged that yummy organic gmo free dense super food! Feeling relief... There is a way to get good stuff into our kids.
Feeling blessed. May you bring your dreams to bed with you,
Kim

Wednesday, February 24, 2016: Day 1 of 90
What a great day full of energy!
I started off my day the usual way when I heard my quiet harp music. I turned out of bed, reached toward the ceiling in a deep stretch.
Then I proceeded to the washroom then kitchen where I took my amino tablets with plenty of hot water.
I prayed, sipped in silence, Donna Eden's five minute energy routine followed by whole body joint gymnastics (no, I wasn't doing cart wheels) by candlelight.
Then I was ready to make lunches, pack backpacks and get ready to go to work.
I felt SO energized that I could hardly believe it.
I enjoyed the moments of my day.
Tomorrow is day 2, and I am looking forward to a great night of deep sleep after taking the apothecherry... Yum yum!
Now sweet dreams!

CHOOSEday, February 23, 2016: it has arrived!
Hello friends!
Happy CHOOSEday to you.
Guess what finally arrived in the mail today?
My 90 day pledge starts tomorrow morning! Join me.
The only other person more excited than me was my little girl... And Little boy with a cold. They actually fought over super food... Well, then again isn't that more worth it than a slice of pizza?
On a seemingly unrelated topic, I have been listening to recordings and videos on manifesting your dreams...
Well, this weekend I walked into the living room where my youngest was watching Mr. Rogers. I walked in St the precise moment when he told the audience that play is very powerful.
Mr. Rogers used to play pretend that he was a song writer. He pretended that he wrote songs to sing to a TV audience... And there he was talking to us about it on TV!
It also reminded me of how Dr. Wayne Dyer used to assume the feeling of business being s guest on the Steve Allen show... Years later, he was on that sow several times!
Think about all the things that you now have, and may actually take for granted, that you once could only wish for. Look at all the thibg s you have now. They all started with desire.
Feel free to dream! Take action. Then walk into your dream... Ahhhh :) enjoy the journey.
To your success,
Coach Kim Sit

Thanks a lot Thursday, February 18, 2016
Nice surprises:
1. Bumped into a Farmers Market friend at the pizza store.
2. Able to chat with a friend in British Columbia for a few minutes.
3. My little girl dressed herself after swimkids even though I am much better than two weeks ago... Si there are always positives coming out of what may seem to be a negative event ;)
4. A text from a friend in Ottawa.
5. Discovering things about myself that I hadn't realised through a writing exercise.
6. My little boy was playing with some new toys that he was really interested in. Nice of Husband to surprise him with them.
Thank you, Thursday!

CHOOSEday, February 16, 2016
What an amazing day!
I got up feeling pain in my in my tailbone, but I got out of bed, continued with my morning Hour of Power, as Anthony Robbins, would call it. It is a must for me.
Taking care of me allows be to better serve this world. And it also feels great to feel awesome!
I got to see my little boy waiting all dressed in his snow gear, back pack and all for his school bus. He controlled himself... He used to dive into the snow without regard d for what we asked, but today I could see that he was more mature. She waited outside by himself.
When the school bus arrived, he got on and sat in his seat.
Wow.
He is such an amazing kid with so many gifts. I just want to help him shine those gifts our into this world!
Then I got the rare occasion of walking my two little ones in the snow to school. The little girl had no issues getting ready. We actually made it out the door about one minute ahead of schedule.
Can I express to you in words what a calm joy it was to partake in a ritual that is so basic but now rare because I commute to the city for the work week? I want to be able to take them every day. I want to be able too attend any and all of their events.
Following that, I walked to the bus stop in the deepening falling snow. It was beautiful.
While walking, I listened to teachings. Then I had an awesome doctors appointment where I met a woman who was going to turn 82 in two weeks but looked like she was only 60!
Following that, I found myself at a cafe with WiFi so that I could call skme amazing friends.
As I got on the bus, I knew I would stop in to visit some friends at a clinic. As always, it is great connecting.
Then, as I shovelled the driveway and sidewalks, I continued listening. I knew that it was time for a fundamental shift.
I want to spend more time doing the things that are important to me like playing piano and making bracelets with my daughter... And less time shovelling, weeding and cleaning the house.
And we have do many choices to make every day. Let's book present and conscientious of what we choose.
Happy Choose day!
