Thursday of thoughts, February 25, 2016: Day 2/90

I got up this morning with sore eyes, but rolled out and stretched grateful to be alive, the only one awake to bask in the dark silence.

By the end of my total body gymnastics routine for every joint in my body, my eyes were feeling brighter and lubricated.

My day started out nice and quiet at work allowing me to put together the Million Mom Movement pledge on a 8.5" by 11" sheet of paper.

As the morning continued, I felt hungry so I munched on my organic celery, organic raw almonds and raw organic (Prana Nuts were at such a good deal at Winners!).

I was actually feeling a little irritated working. My calls were long, it felt difficult understanding and communicating... And I felt that I would much rather be doing something else that I am really called to do.

But, here is my Gratitude list:

1. Those sincere 'thank you's and 'you are really patient' comments reminded me of always loving first before any other feeling.

So just remember when you are going throughout your day, the language and wishes you send to people really do collectively affect a person's thoughts.

By leading with the heart, others will also meet you with theirs.

2. My little one was well enough to go back to daycare today! So much thanks go to my mom for always being there to help us despite her crazy schedule. Thank you to my dad who brings her here and picks her up again. I love you.

3. Feeling slimmer, less squished flesh when I pull my chin toward my neck :) I wanted to weigh myself when I got home, but decided to stick with my plan of only one weigh-in per week.

4. A beautiful supper prepared for me by Husband... Just look at how beautiful that egg is! Thank you!  I love you.

5. Every Thursday after swimkids I have bought something junky for my little swimmer... Until tonight!

Look how she chugged that yummy organic gmo free dense super food! Feeling relief... There is a way to get good stuff into our kids.

Feeling blessed. May you bring your dreams to bed with you,

Kim
