New and good:
1. I woke up this morning feeling much better. I was grateful to be alive, able to exercise, make lunch for my eldest son and then go to work.
2. I listened to Raun Kaufman speak in a couple of YouTube videos about breaking patterns. Actually, here's the link to one of the first part. Watch it and let me know what you think. I always get challenged when listening to teachings from the Option Institute.
One thought in particular that stuck out for me was the "self sabotage" idea was fake. According to Raun, there is no such thing. We all do what gives us a pay off. The idea that I don't know what is best for myself is false.
What do you think? Is there such as thing as self sabotage? Do you do it?
3. Singing Humpty Dumpty sat a wall to my very rambunctious toddler to calm him down before bedtime. Oh, and I managed to wash his thick long hair in the shower.
In general feeling more confident, clearer and affirmative about myself and where I want to go.
